Description

The project is opposite the US Embassy in London. The project is a strip out and internal refit of a high spec office space unit with lobby, three large toilet blocks, meeting room, office spaces, fully fitted kitchen and meeting rooms including fire alarm, electrical, data, HVAC, plumbing installations, raised access floors then full internal fit out to all finishes.

There was also one high spec apartment to fully refurbish within the contract. The contract sum was circa £500,000.00.
