Description

The project was a large basement level refurbishment contract with a value in excess of £500,000.00 + VAT as part of a major loss reinstatement following a tanking failure.

It includes a gym, sauna, cinema room, wine cellar and bedroom with ensuite. This is an ultra high end project with bespoke finishes, the best quality materials, extensive purpose made joinery with top of the range M&E and AV installations.

The client "couldn't be happier" with the S Devs. team and the finish that has been achieved.
