Ashton Keynes Flood Recovery

The project involved the refurbishment of the ground floor of a beautiful, large, Cotswold stone house following a local brook bursting its banks and rising over the floodplain. 

S Devs were contracted to strip out the property as part of the emergency response to aid drying, and then to reinstate all finishes of the affected rooms, including UFH, tiling, part tanking, joinery and decorations.
