Description
The project involved improvements to the fire compartmentation throughout the common parts of this large block of sixty-five apartments.
The works were specified by a consultant and rectified and decorated by S Devs with a contract sum of circa £100,000.00.
On completion of the works S Devs arranged for certification of the works on behalf of the freeholders/ block management company.
