Reading Industrial Unit

The project was the partial rebuild and internal fit out of this industrial unit in Reading. The project involved demolition, brickwork, structural steel, cladding systems, industrial M&E and internal finishes including bathrooms, kitchen and decorations.

The contract sum was circa £750,000.00 and SDevs were instructed via a traditional tendering and procurement process.
