Wapping Split-Level Apartment

The project was a privately funded refurbishment of a large split level apartment fronting the Thames. It was a three bedroom converted into a two bedroom two bathroom apartment with large open plan kitchen/ living accommodation, large hallway and separate WC. 

It was designed by the client and their external consultants, and S Devs. were appointed as principal contractor via a traditional tendering process and construction procurement. 

The client's total spend on the interior was approaching £500,000.00 and involved top specification lighting systems, wide profile timber flooring planks imported from Scandanavia, a Mayfair based kitchen design and supply team, bespoke joinery, among many other high-spec finishes.
